THE ARCADE, EXPLAINED
Privacy notice
This notice describes the supplied service, dated 8 November 2026. Actual hosting and email arrangements must remain consistent with it.
Operator and contact
Dmitriy Andreevich Filippov, 76 Talapty Street, Almaty 050000, Kazakhstan. Email [email protected] for privacy questions. The intended audience is UK adults; the operator is not represented as established in the UK.
Account information
Registration stores email, nickname, a password hash, date of birth, the accepted Terms version, creation time, fictional balance, favourites, reminder choice, account break and up to thirty recent round records/results. Passwords are hashed using PHP password_hash. No payment information is requested.
Browser information
A necessary session cookie links this browser to server-side session data. Request-rate counters use a hash of the connecting IP and expire after five minutes when later requests trigger cleanup. Browser storage can retain guest favourites, pending round identifiers and your reduced-effects choice. It does not hold an authoritative balance.
Why and where
Information is used for the requested account, game state, fraud/error controls, chosen reminders and breaks. Records are stored on the website’s hosting account. Hosting and email providers may process information internationally. Hosting security/access logs and backups depend on the provider’s actual settings; no fixed backup schedule is claimed here.
Retention and choices
Account records remain until the account is deleted or the operator removes them. Signed-in users can delete the active record from Account after confirming their password. For access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights, contact the operator. Actual backups may retain earlier records under the host’s configured retention.
No trackers
No analytics, advertising pixels, external fonts, third-party game frames or social sign-in scripts are included. Clicking the GamCare link leaves this site and its own practices apply. Email is processed by the mail providers you and the operator use; send only necessary information.
